The Anxiety Bracelet is a simple, discreet bracelet with a small fidget charm attached. It is designed for people who feel restless, nervous, or have trouble staying focused but do not want to carry around a noticeable fidget toy.

I came up with the idea because I sometimes wanted something to fidget with, but I did not feel comfortable bringing a traditional fidget toy everywhere. Many fidget toys are bulky, brightly colored, or childish-looking, which can attract unwanted attention. I also noticed students around me tapping their pencils, shaking their legs, or playing with objects on their desks because they needed to keep their hands busy.

That made me wonder: why couldn’t a fidget tool look like something people already wear every day?

The Anxiety Bracelet combines fidgeting with fashion. From the outside, it looks like a clean, everyday accessory. However, the compact charm gives the wearer something to move or touch whenever they feel distracted or restless. Because it is worn on the wrist, it is easy to access at school, at work, while traveling, or in social situations.

Our goal is to make fidgeting feel more comfortable and less noticeable. Instead of carrying a separate toy, users can wear something that fits naturally into their style. The Anxiety Bracelet is not a medical treatment, but it offers a convenient way to keep your hands occupied and redirect nervous energy throughout the day.
